ok.. it's 2.17am on a Monday morning and i just had a cup of coffee.. it feels weird.. like i can't believe the weekend is over.. and i actually had a pretty weirddd weekend.i'll tell u why..
well.. ok let's see.. what oh what did i do for the week..
on Tuesday, chilled at Vino with Estee, Stella and Junde before Stella flies off.. back to Bulgaria (and as i typed that word, the commentator for Aviva Badminton thingy just mentioned the country.. weird).. but yea... met Tom, Dick and Harry from America who were pretty annoying.. haha i think their real names were Scott, Sean and Jeff... Californian tourists who somehow made their way to the secluded wine bar along Muhd Sultan. they started talking to me and got rather drunk after. bumped into them again when Estee and i were waiting for a cab at Clarke Quay.. so drunk yea.. haha but interesting... hmmm haha
ok.. then Wed (no Insomnia).. hahahaha i jammed on Wed and Thurs (and as i'm typing this, i think i hear my brother strumming his guitar upstairs..like wtf!? 2.20am!!! sheesh.. oh ya coz he's performing at Ngee Ann's dinner and dance next Sat.. hahaha my bro the star! wheee! haha
yeaa so Wed and Thurs night was spent jamming with Yus..
Fri was Ballymoons gig as usual.. but this time, it was special.. coz it's the first time with Yus. i was amazingly excited coz of the new songs i'll be doing and all.. and Nana's new band (with Talib, Bai, Aida and Rafi Ali).. yea... were playing at Muddy Murphy's.. soo it was like running up and down the escalator right after each set to catch them in action. our sets clashed but i managed to catch a few songs.. hehe
but this guy... he bought me roses.. 5 yellow roses.. i thought it was soo sweet... man..when was the last time i actually got flowers hahah
and just a day before that, i msn nickname was "someone buy me flowers" and hey! my wish came true..
so many coincidences..wouldn't it be amazing if i typed "when Aalbs was here" and then him appearing in my room instantaneously?? but no.. that's a scary thought.. him appearing... like teleported or something.. boo!
but anyway, i had an awesome night chilling with the mat and minah rock! haha steady ah geng! i laughed and talked so much, i lost my voice.. i was like wtf?! hah
then shared the cab back with Yus and got home at almost 3am.. and i totally passed out...
then on Sat, i was amazingly overdressed for 4pm... i looked like a slut haha. but yea.. i rushed to PS to watch Jarmo in action.. and yes yes yes!! he did MAS QUE NADA!U ROCK LIKE TOTALLY!!! i'm so damn pissed that my SD card for my cam is still being a retard!! i didn't take pics or vids but Estee got snippets on her phone... but yea.. he kicked ass.. and i had to do this thing for Channel V which i dragged Jarmo in with me.. haha. like i had to talk bout him drumming and what not.. and make a vid req. it was cool haha..
thennnnnn i had a drink with Estee and her friend.. Jarmo and his friend made their way to Vivo with Nana and friends.. they left for Japan today.. lucky buggers.. well, Jarmo didn't make it to the finals.. it was tough competition but Jarmo did amazing although he said it wasn't his best.. but i thought he was good and eveyone thought so too! so dude! weeeeeeee hawww! :p
soo yea.. then i had to rush to Boon Studios for jamming with the new band! wheee!!! well, i rushed but i was so early so it was teh tarik and mag time alone for me.. hehe.. band is fully formed.. thanks to Yus! wheee!!!.. jammed till almost 10pm.. the boys chilled at the kopitiam but i had to leave to meet Estee for Zouk..
yes.. Zouk..u heard it right. i HATE Zouk! i'm so sorry. i hate it.. the last time i went there was Halloween... which i'm glad i went coz i met Aalbs. hehe but i swear, after last night, i never wanna step in there.. music was ridiculously loud, too crowded and weird people. sorry.. no offence but why the hell would u go to such a crowded place where u can barely move!!!! omg.. went with Estee, Sam and Matthew.. i went only coz of Estee.. i don't know if i can blog bout why we went there. hahaha but yea.. left at 2.30am? hah we went in at midnight.. and left at 2.30am. the earliest i ever left a club... Sam and Matt stayed ahha.. Estee and i went to have bee hoon goreng.. so much more fun than Zouk.. bumped into Fauzie Laili and he was like "where you going?" and i'm like "home" and he looked at his watch and i'm like "yea i know. but i hate Zouk. i'm outta here" haha
i have outgrown clubs.. i'll stick to my live bands and pubbing... signs and symtoms of aging... i hate clubs.. no MOS,Zouk, Attica or what not...i'll go only if i must . eg, friend's bday or some function.. if not, no freakin way!
so yea... got up like 11am on Sunday morning.. lazed around.. talked to Aalbs.. gossiped with Mum... fell asleep again at 3pm.. Sam called and text.. i couldn't get up... i was supposed to go to rock thingy... but i couldn't get up. i finally did at 4.30pm and left at 5.15pm with bro.. made our way to Gashaus.. another thing i never thought i'd do.. go to a local rock thingy...
but i'm only going for Tribe.. yea! Talib's band.. i got there and Sam was already there.. all Malays there.. all Malay songs.. i couldn't make up a single word they're singing. i'm glad i didn't go so early coz Sam said before that it was had core metal. omg i would have died.. once again, no offence but i can't seem to appreciate music where i can't make out the words..
but yea.. Tribe played and right after that, we left hahaha..
got home and actually fell asleep.that was bout 10pm.. and now, i'm up... but i should go to bed again now...
i can't believe it's already Monday.. it's depressing..

i wish i had pics.. but oh dearrr. my camera!!!! i need a new SD or get this shit fixed.. fast!!!!!
i can't believe i'm part of a band now...soo cool.. hahhaa can't wait to jam again!!
this week is rather chilled for me.. FINALLY!!!
i did NOT plan anything for the weekdays... although i do need to get some stuff here and there..
Fri is Qinyu's bday and i plan to head to Muddy's..
i have to work Sat! omfg! but on Sat, i have jamming at night and then maybe hit the pub somewhere after..
Dad's leaving for Vienna on Sunday! totally UNFAIR!! booo!
but yea.. no plans for the week and no intentions in making any..

Alex, my cousin from Dubai will be coming back next month. pretty exciting. haa
