i'm sooo bloody excited bout tmr.. it's making me sick haha.. like sick in the stomach. i wanna throw up hahaha.. so excitin though
anyway, we're performing at the Oriental Hotel, poolside but it's a pte function. i'm excited..
anyway, my throat have been really stubborn. i went to the docs on fri to get some medication for it.. and was given another day of mc..
last night was our last jammin session b4 judgment day hehehe.. almost 3 hrs or non-stop jamming.. i know we're gonna pull this off. we have too.. we must! hehe
anyway, at bout 11pm,i had to decide.. to go home, go to Devils Bar, China 1 or Le Baroque.. but it was Stan's birthday and they were at Devils Bar. i was damn tired and i hate Devils Bar..that place is sleazy as hell..i mean.. it gives me that feeling la.. but i went anyway (after whining and throwing tantrums at Stan.. ehhe sorry love)...
i danced my stress away.. stress bout tmr night hahaha.. but dancing makes me happy so i dancedddd yay and i ordered finger food coz i was superrr hungryyyyyyyy la..
so today, i was home the whole day.. lazing around.. with mum..i love my mum to bits.. have i mentioned that b4? she's my life.. i don't know what i'll do without her.. she nags at me but i love her sooo much.. u have no clue.. she's my mum, my bestfriend, my bitching buddy, my shopping kaki, my shoulder to cry on.. she's the only person i can turn to when it comes to almost everything.. i love u mummy! I LOVE U MUMMYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Soooo MERRY CHRISTMAS ALLL!!! i hope u guys had a good one with loads of booze, music and love... haha
i'm home now.. coz i had like the worst sleepless night.. i got up at 4am.. sneezing like a million times.. my throat was hurting soooooooooooooo bad and i was getting all paranoidddd coz the last thing i wanna lose now is my voiceeee.... i can't afford that! i need my voicee so i got all omg.. i got up, took some flu pills and sucked those lozenges.. but i still felt sick and miserablee.. sheesh.. so i decided that i reallly needed a day off work.. to rest the voice... and rest... and yes so i'm here... sheesh...
but on the brighter note, i had a cool Xmas! haha... On Sunday, i met Anand and Vicky ( 2 of my fave drunkards. hehe <3).. reason why i call them drunkards is coz each time i bump into them or club with them, they always end up errrrrrrrrrrrr either super high or drunk haha.. and don't mention that night on my b-day... the word is "THRASHED" hahhaa.. but i loveeee them both!!
i had an awesome xmas eve with 2 dudes... we went to China 1.. super cool... nice band.. not too bad a crowd, free drinks.. well...i didn't fork out a cent .. that i remembered. hahah anand and vicky got a bottle and load of those jugs but coz the bartender is Vicky's cousin, i got a lot to drink for free.. yay! haha.. we partied till the club closed at 5am.. at bout 3am, the stage became like an open mic thing. there were so many musicians in the house.. and Anand just had to like tell the club manager that i sing.. toot head! so i got pulled up to sing and i sang I Will Survive.. i mean im not complaining but shit.. hahahah
oh the band playing that night, the lead singer, is from idol.. i think top 45 or something in my season... Azri, the dancer. i remember him coz he used to hang out with Haizad a lot and yup.. and something happened at Hilton which caused a big hoo-hah which i will not blog about hahhaa.. the Hilton thing caused a lot of scandals.. ;) hahaha
but anywayyyyyyyyyyy, i had a greatttttttt time... had supper at Macs and Vicky got me home..yay.. got home at bout 6.30am and bam! i was gone!
i was supposed to meet Sijia but she went to Zouk with her friends after BBBC and i don't like Zouk! hehe so i stayed at China 1. Shah was supposed to join us but he didn't come! and he msged me at 6.30am asking me where i was and he was like "i'm at clarke quay. thought can go home together".. like omg! haha but i love him still.. stupid boy heeh
on Monday, i stayed home the whole day..i mean.. i got up really late toooo... went to Downtown East Sakura for Christmas dinner with the Rodrigues.. but Gen and Malvin had to fly last minute! damn!! but Ken was there for a bit.. Good food, good company but dead tired.. dropped by the office to drop some presents..then off home!
Tuesday... another day at work! Work got so hectic.. maybe that is why i'm losing my voice.. sheesh.. i used to like talking but talking is a chore now haha.. had jamming after work.. i love jamming and i love the boys.. they're such big brothers.. haha after jamming, sat down at coffee shop to discuss some stuff.. then off home
then at home, i was like eating alone and watchin tv at the living room when the god damn glass decided to explode.. right in front of my face. i almost cried man.. like it was BANG! AND the glass shattered into a million pieces.. it freakin exploded. i called mum and dad and bro and everyone's just like omg... so much for wanting to sleep early.. had to clean up the mess... damn dangerous la. i could have diedddddddddddd
but im alive.. hahaha wed at work was another hectic one.. and like when i got home, i was just like dead tired.... shah text at bout 10.30pm asking me if i wanted to meet him for a drink at Paulaner but so last min la.. but i got changed anyway but then he told me the place closed at 1am and im like forget it. haha plus i wasnt feeling too good.. but anyway, SHAH, bring me there one day like u promised!!! yay! love smith!
so like last night, i was chatting with this dude... i don't know i should mention his name but he's like damn pathetic la.. oh god.. to think i liked him b4.. it's sick sick sick!like ewwww.. grow up and be a man, u sissy poopoo head! bleah!

and sooo Shirin Hushairi has yet again got herself involved in too many things and is suffering the consequences.. my body is giving way.. i'm tired.. but i'm glad it's a saturday night.. i can stay home without any obligations to go out.. i mean.. i SHOULD be out partying but my body needs rest... let's see what have i been up to..
i didn't blog for 2 whole weeks.... sheesh... and i can't recall much of what happened but i remember work, party and shopping.. let's see...
11th Dec, Monday... just one of those days at work... but work gets me all lethargic really.. Monday blues struck.. on Tuesday.. work and jamming till like 10 plus.. long day.. Wed.. work.. so was Thurs.. i really cannot recall if i did anything after work... hmmm.. i remember Fri night coz i was so shagged, i fell asleep so early and i didn't club like i was supposed to.. sheesh... i got up the next morning to almost 20 missed calls.. sorry my dear friends hahaha.. sheesh..
oh Sat, it was another one of those full-on shopping days.. with the family.. mum and i went crazy.. so much Christmas shopping to do.. from noon till almost 10pm, we shopped non-stop.. we ate lunch at Out of the Pan.then shopped at Raffles City.. then had dessert at Out of The Pan again.. haha then went to Taka to shop again.. then dinner at Yishun.. then i'm done for the day.. i had to sleep early coz the next day, it's girly day at the saloon! yay
on Sun morning, met Jazzy girl at Woodlands and we made our way to Johor.. yay.. despite the long queue at the checkpoint, we still had fun yea! haha.. we had lunch coz we were starving.. then took a cab to the mall, Angsana, to the saloon where we set our eyes on the last time we were there.. Jaz had her hair coloured, trimmed, rebonded and treated.. i had mine bobbed haha.. very coloured and highlighted and treated.. the colour is like omgggggggg.. but we loved it haha.. we spent almost 6 hrs at the saloon.. then we kinda shopped a bit b4 getting hungry again so it was off to seafood.. so like we got there and people were giving us the stares and both of us were like "omg we're so cool people r looking at us".. buttttttttt we realised later it was coz we were eating too much.. just the two of us we had bout 8 dishes.. crazyyyy hahaa but oh so yummmyyy!! hahaha.. the rain was a pain but we called a cab and it took us right to the checkpoint.. got home at bout 11pm.. parents were at Johor.. ahhaa i didn't even know that. but yea.. i got home all depressed coz i had to work the next morning hahaha.. sheesh
this weekk was one crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy week.. the reason why my body is giving way... it was normal Monday at work.. there was the normal Monday meeting after work thing... i had to go home straight coz i had to practice for Tuesday's jamming.. on Tuesday, work and jamming.. rain was a pain.. the flood la shit la.. my lil bro came along for jamming this time round.. we took a cab home and got home at almost 11pm.i had to pack for a long day on Wed .. i was dead beat..
On wed.. work.. thennn time to partyyy.. Direct Bankin's Christmas Party at Baa Bar Black Chic.. too much happened that night but i don't wanna elaborate hahaha i remember someone saying "what happens at the club, stays in the club" hahaha.. crazyyyyyyyyyy.. i had to drive myself home with Stan's car. hahaha. long story.. but anyway,i had crazy fun.. imagine.. i got home at bout 3.30am.... after a whole night of partying... i had to get up at 6.30am for work.. work was fucked!! everyone took turn to throw up or something.. everyone looked stoned as heck.. so many people were late but almost no MCs surprisingly.. hahaa. i'm just soo glad jamming was postponed to Fri..
i went home straight on Thurs.. i was goneeeeee..... work again on Fri.. jamming after work till 10pm.. then rushed home and left home again for Lala's 21st bday party.. got home at 2am and i was dead beat..
had to work again today... lucky till 12.30 only.. then rushed to Woodlands to meet mum and did my last min Christmas shopping... i bought so much man in a matter of less than 2 hrs.. i grabbed and go.. sheesh..
i got home and bam! i fell asleep immediately on the couch.. i got up at bout 730pm starving.. mum was next door helping the neighbour with the christmas tree.. i cooked instant noodles and i cleaned my room...
i have another day at home tmr.. b4 heading to Oli's for Christmas.. then the clubs with Jia... then Sunday it's Christmas dinner with the neighbour.. my fave neighbour, the Rodrigues.. :)
then back to work on Tues.. GOD! thinking of it makes me errrrrrrrrrrrr sick? sheesh..
oh i have a resolution which i have to work on.. i have to lose weight.. people r telling me i'm gaining too much.. unacceptable.. gotta do something bout it.. gymming starts tmr.

im like totally pissed right now!! argh! i totally lost the pics i took with Jazzy girl last night.. like wtf are they!?!?! like poof! gone! like huh!?!?!??! i'm pissed like omg!!!!!
like how can the pics just disappear??? like huh? but yea.. sheesh...
it's been a week since i last updated.. it's been one crazy week if i can remember most of it..
from where i last stopped,
SUNDAY, 3rd dec, Sijia and i ran 8km. haha out of the 10km race that we signed up for...a hugeeeeeeeee accomplishment for me coz considering the fact that i barely run, running 8km straight is like woah la. to me la.. so it felt really good.. got medal some more. haha but everyone who participated got it la.. i think haha.. but yay!
after the marathon, we went for a good Japanese lunch and yes! i got my Jap Curry Chicken again!! oh like so yummy! then we headed to Bugis to Artfriend... i planned to get stuff to like make personalised gifts for David baby and Jazzy girl! but i realise i'm totally NOT artistic and i didn't get inspired at all! soooo we ended up at Bugis market with hopes of finding somethinggggg.. but no! so Sijia had a superb idea.. we headed to Far East and voila!!! i got a personalised t-shirt for Jazzy girl which says "SHIRIN'S BESTFRIEND" hahahah and a cap for David baby which says "SHIRIN'S HUNK" hahaha.. like totally hilarious!
so after that, we're dead beat! took a cab home and bam! i was gone! ahahha
MONDAY... same old shit work.. shall not go on.. after work, went to PS to get some stuff alone.. then headed home.. boring...
TUESDAY.. same old shit again... after work, went jamming! yay.. but today, we had people watching us practice...Nigel, our management person and our client for the New Years Eve show..
WED.. same old shit at work... i don't think i did anything after that.. did i?? hmmm no i didn't.. it was Dave's last exam... he went clubbing with the boys.... i missed him like omg.. and i was looking forward to Thurs..
THURSDAY.. took MC.. shall not go into that.. i'm numb to the response i get from manager when i call in sick.. like i do it so often like that.. but yea. whatever..
i was all psyched up for today coz i was gonna spend it with my babyyyyyy!!! i met him in town at bout 12 noon.. he had errands to run.. first stop.. SIA ticket office at Paragon to settle his flights.. it was a pain in the butt coz he's on waiting list for an earlier flight back here from Bangkok.. what's confirmed is that he's on a 40 min transit here b4 heading on the flight back to Auckland. 40 mins!! like wtf?!?! so.. if the earlier flight doesn't work out, i won't see him.. for a very long time that is... but i just e-mailed him some Tiger Airways info.. he sure can find an earlier flight back here... 2-3 days is enough.. i want him back!!! argh!
but anyway... after that, we went to Bangkok Airways ticket office and there was this fucked up woman there.. but lookin at her made me laugh real bad... i mean. i bet David wanted to but he kept it in.. that woman had a damn moustache.. like omg! ewww... and she couldn't understand what Dave was sayin and she kept looking at me for translation like as if David was speakin some foreign language.. how bloody sad.. but she kept on cringin which was like fuckin rude.. like eww.. and please woman.. go shave or wax or do something!
after that, Dave and i went to have lunch at the Indon place at Lucky Plaza.. my fave ayam penyet.. he had the fish and i warned him bout the chilli padi.. he was huffin and puffin hahaa.. we had gado-gado too.. love it love it!
then, we headed back to NUS. went to the health centre to pick up his malaria pills and then he had to start packing.. .. i lazed around.. and slowed down any sort of packin he was doing hahaha.. i was on the comp... oh and we did the laundry.. well, he did.. i looked.. hehehe.. he looked so adorable doin the laundryyy.. we took crazy pics.. i gave him my gifts.. which included a "LAH" t-shirt .. a "RELAX LA" flip flop, the cap and a frame with my pics ahahha.. talk about self-absorbed.. hehhee. then Sebastian came to visit and to say goodbye to Dave.. so emo la.. sigh...
then he kept on packing.. he went to grab a foot long subway but i ate half of it hehe.. hungry again!!!
thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.. he wanted a SINGAPORE SLING! hehehe so next thing i know,we're at One Nite Stand. drinking and dancing and chilling.... the bouncer was so sweet.... he gave David a "thumbs up" hahaha how cute..
then... after that, we headed back to NUS where he kept on packin and i passed out i think.. hehe i got up once in a while and he was still up packin, on the computer or doin something.. he finally took a short nap at 6am on a
FRIDAY. we had to get up by 7.30am coz we had to head out by 8am to the airport..i hate the airporttttttttttttttttttt!!!
i hate the departure hall argh! he checked in and we checked out the "left baggage" counter which he initally wanted to deposit his bags.. but becoz his transit is only 40 mins, he would not have sufficient time to get out to get it.. and so we were left with no choice.. his stuff is all with me now hehe.. his laptop, document and clothes and stuff.. all with me.. i'm hopin he gets an earlier flight back... if not, i'll mail his stuff back.. but i don't know if tat would be safe.. but pray for me people hehe that he'll get an earlier flight back here!
well.. then he changed his currencies.. then we had a quick breakfast at mac d's.. b4 biddin our goodbyes..i didn't wanna let him go.. it was so hard to see him goooooooo.. knowing that it might be the last time in a long time.. i told him to walk in and not turn back... he turned back twice and then walked right straight in.. omgggggggggggggggggggg!! and he text msg me "come with me baby".. like omg! i so want to!!! i want u David baby! come back for me!
and so... after he left, i tried so hard to hold back my tears... i pushed the trolly as fast as i can to the cab.. i got in and he text me "aku cinta padamu".. oh sigh..... i love him...
i went back home... and i slept.. i got up at but 4 maybe.. chilled for a bit.. and i decided not to go for dance class ehhehee.. but i went for jammin at 9pm.. till 11pm.. fun fun!
then went down to Clarke Quay. met Jia and Stan.. went to One Nite Stand yet again! hahah.. then bumped into Anand and Vicky and we had supper at Mac D's and shared a cab back with Anand and Vicky, who were so high hahahaa.. OH.. it was Jazzy's 21st birthday but she didn't wanna do anything..

I LOVEEEEEEE YOU!!SAT.. had to work 10-2pm.. then went to meet Jazzy girl! yay! i miss her so much like omg! we had lunch at Swensen's.. we had too much to eat.. salad, one side dish and 2 main dishes.. sheesh hahaa.. then we had ice cream some more.. then shoppinggggggggg and can u believe, she paid for my shopping? haha like wtf! then we headed to Clarke Quay.. yes.. that would be 3 nights in a row for me..but no.. not One Nite Stand.. only coz we were too early.. it was only 8pm.. so.. we went to Crazy Elephant.. had some drinks and Chilli Cheese Nachos... left at bout 11pm. we were so tired and she had to work early ... long queue at MOS.. dumb.. i don't know why also..and oh.. did i mention she loved my gift? hahahaha
and oh ya.. didn't go to Zoukout.. no fun kakis.. plus, i got lazy.. sheesh hahaha
and oh.. ex bf came back today..
SUNDAY.. got up at nooon.. only day i didn't have to get up early... went for lunch with the family at Upper Thomsan.. supposedly, the next Holland Village.. not really la. then went grocery shopping.. then headed home.. bummed every since.. i cleaned up my room. so proud of myself.. Leo, the ex bf, called. asked if i wanted to go eat.. but i really was lazy.. he called me again like 2 hrs later but i missed his call. i called back an hour later and hes like "too late. im already eating" ahaha.. oh wells...
I'M HATING THIS FEELING.. IN LESS THAN 9HRS, IM AT WORK. I HATE WORK!

A SHORT ONE B4 HEADING TO BED!!!
i have to get up at 5am tmr! omgg!! for the Standard Chartered Marathon! so i better head to bed soon!
today, i hung out with the folks and i shopped.. i got home and i was like lookin thru the stuff i bought.. crazy! hahahaa i bought a new pair of Puma track shoes.. beeyootiiful! i bought new earphones and i bought a portable speaker for those beach moments hahhaa ..
i bought reindeer hair band.. don't ask.. christmas mood.. i bought santa hat.. glitteredd. hahaha i bought too much make up.. i bought weird-shaped playin cards.. don't ask.. i bought a hawaiaan lei.. which i love so much that i'm gonna go buy more for my head and wrist.. i will put them on to zoukout hahahha crazy!
