well helloooo!!!!!!
b4 i proceed, i'm currently listening to Shayne Ward's "Stand By Me".. puurr fect.. goose bumps! sing to me. i'll marry you! :)
ok..... so how was ur weekend everyone!?!?!? mine was not too bad.. i'm just missing u,Mr Aalbers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg... Send my love to Bali and come back soon!! u see.. i told David i'll blog about him everyday to let him know that i'm always thinking bout him and he was like "oh. i'm gonna be popular" hahaha right!! well.. i'm counting down to 2220 hrs on 21st Nov.. :)
but yeaaaa......... i foresee a crazy week ahead.. a lot going on i must say... i think my rehearsals with the band will start next week.. i'm meeting the Metal Girls for movie (step up baby!).. i have to collect the marathon t-shirt thingy after work. i have to think of what to put on for dnd.. wow.. a lot of things going on.. which is good.. at least i will feel that my life is fulfilling!
so let's see.. and update on life! haha
THURS---
work as per normal...left almost punctually at 1730. Sijia, Rae and i headed to Baa Bar Black Chic.. the club by Perak Street. this is where our Christmas party will be held.. we waited for our bosses to come coz some documents need to be signed but they couldn't make it in the end.. but the party is finalised and everything is settled.. just need to costume and party on baby! hahaha
then... we headed to East Coast.. off forrrrrrrrrr seafood!!!!! wheeee.. well.. it wasn't all bout eating... it was bout working too for someone haha.. but i cannot blog bout that! so let's just proceed to describing how tasty seafood can be! wait... it's indescribable ok!!! like omg Chill Crab with mantou!!! buttered prawns! baby kailan! fried rice... u guys beat that! wheeeeeeeeeee!!!
then we went to check out Ski 360.. yes! where i once had my "boob out" blooper! fuck! but yea... went there and then this "kid" came up to me and he was like "u not skiing tonight?" blah blah.. only to find out later that he was doing his friend a favour. he asked for my number blah blah.. i had ulterior motives (note: the dude works there..*wink*)... HOWEVER, he turned out lame and worst still, Married! GREAT! now... who wants to get married??? fuckin scary!
oh btw!i was supposed to meet David today but he couldn't finish his essay :( so yea..
and oh ps: i don't really wanna blog bout this coz this dude is my friend's husband's boss or something but i'm sorry... u see.. i'm the sort who finds it very difficult to say "no".. so instead i make up stupid excuses... but dude.. ur too senior for me to hang out with... ur like my dad's age? im so soryy.. someone.. help me.. teach me how to say NO! boooohooo
anyway... i had a good thurs.. so thanks babes! :)
FRI---
i got up feeling unwell. well, i haven been feeling too well for the past few days but i just completely ignored it.. but it got worst.. so yea.. i had a draggy morning...
and... to make matters worst.. i received an sms at exactly 8.54am... telling me that my dear friend, Pei Sze, got into a bike accident and is seriously injured.. to whoever who knows her.. pray for her.. i've known her since i was 12.. we went thru so much together. i love her to bits.. she's the most active person i've ever known and to think that she's there laying in the hospital.. just seemed unbelievable.. i was talking to a customer and i just froze... i couldn't think....
i called her sister...she said that she just out of the operating theatre and is stable at that moment.. thank God! amazing threshold.. but yea.. i had to go back to work..
during lunch, i went to see the docs and to my surprise, he gave me 2 days off work.. wow! so i went back to the office and told my manager and i headed home.. i got home.. and i actually wanted to go to the hospital but i didn't think i could take seeing her in such a condition. her sister said i might cry... i know i will.. mum told me if i can't take it, go the next day... i thought bout it.. and yes.. the following day was better but i kept myself updated on her condition.. and she seemed stable...
so i actually wanted to take a nap coz i promised my colleagues i'll meet them for dinner.. left the house at bout 8pm still drowsy... met them at Clarke Quay... had dinner at Hooters.. Alex, Le`mon's hubby and Joshie came along and boy was i teased a lot that night.. sheesh.. hahaa.. teased bout Davin.. which i will NOT elaborate!haha
after dinner, Le`mon , Alex, Josh and another of their friend, Lina left.. Qinyu left to meet her friends. the rest of us ended up at One Night Stand.. bouncer was like "eh long time no see".. then again.. i really don't go to One Night Stand that much so iono man. haha oh b4 that! we heard a band playing and to my surprise, JIVE TALKIN! right in the middle of Clarke Quay.. doing a promo for a new club opening in early Dec... The Pump! check it out ok!! JIVE TALKIN is the resident band! omfg!!!!!! they remembered me from all the nights i spend at Barnone ahahaha.. they're inviting me to the opening of the club.. i'm esctatic!!! wheeee! i loveeeeeeee Jive Talkin!
ok then... Sijia came to join us.. i like the band at 1 Night Stand too.. i remember the first time i went there. with Pol (this dude i used to date).. he brought me there and introduced me to the singer of the band (his ex -gf). she's good.. real good. i had a talk with her at Pol's bday party this year and we were like talking bout singing and stuff. she's cool.. but yea... nice band
then Stanley and quite a number of my other colleagues came to join us later...after which we left for Boat Quay to Bedroom.. where i met this dude.. who apparently owns the bar and 5 other bars there.. he said he will make me a star... right!!!!! hahah i sang 2 songs there and he said he's banning me from singing.. nutz!
but yea.. stan sent me and jia home.. tired! bum!
Sat---
got up.... lazed around.. dragged mummy to the hospital...
headed to Tan Tock Seng.. i saw my dear friend.. i wanted to cry.. not coz of anything but coz i have never seen her to helpless..sigh... i bought her a hamper which i later regretted coz a bear would have been nicer but yea..
she broke both her wrists.. fractured her pelvic bone.. bleeding and her right side of the face.. her eye bone fractured.. sigh..pray for her ok everyone.. she will be fine..she's strong i know! her friends and family were all there for her.. i will visit her again next week..
after the hospital visit, mum and i went to metro for shopping. i saw this adorable soft toy.. so i got it.. for pei sze.. it's damn retro :) i shall give it to her next week :)
i bought a new bag and a new shoe.. wheeeeeeeeeeeee
then we headed home.. picked dad up and headed to uncle's place for some dinner thing...
thennnnn.... came home.. had to think of 30 songs.. to send to Nana for the Muddy Murphy thing. ehe so exciting..
then.. met Sijia and her friends.. Cocco Latte, which was alright.. thanks Shyanne for the guestlist and drink.then 1 Night Stand.. yet again.bouncer said "welcome back" hahaha.. then Attica. where i got stalked and i played Truth or Dare with total strangers (in which one of them turned out to be an employee of Standard Chartered dealing with Global Markets).. with crazy Brit accent and his name is Gey.. yes.. pronounced Gay.. hahh and he was like "yea hi im Gay".. i raised my eyebrows and he's like "im not gay! my name is Gey!" omggggg!!!.i had to accidentally grab someone's testicles.. insane! hahaha..also, someone really drunk passed me a light stick and wished me and jia Merry Christmas.... had Macs for supper and met 2 funny German dudes and a Malaysian dude who found it funny that we met over Macs.. haha funny people i tell u.
Sun---
got up early.. went shopping with mum.. bought 2 pants.. ahahhaa.. then got home and bam! i slept on the couch immediately for 3 hrs.. haaha nice...
